Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment, a fee of half the cost of the appointment will be charged. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, the full price of the appointment will apply.

We will shorten your grooming time accordingly if you are late to your appointment, so the next client will receive their full grooming time.
